Logistics & Moving Around: You want a wedding content that feels seamless and captures every important moment. Moving between multiple locations makes that harder. Every time we switch from a hotel to a church, or a church to a park, We have to break down gear, load the car, drive, park, and set up again. That is dead time where I cannot film you. We recommend keeping locations close together or minimizing moves. If we do have multiple stops, we need to build extra buffer time into your schedule. We want to be filming your story, not sitting in traffic on the LIE.
Local Travel Fees: We're based on Long Island. We do not charge travel fees for weddings within Nassau and Suffolk counties. If your wedding is in the five boroughs, New Jersey, or Upstate New York, we add a travel fee to cover gas, tolls, and travel time. We keep this simple and transparent. You will see this clearly listed on your invoice before you sign anything. We believe in no surprises when it comes to your budget.
Destination Weddings & Flights: We love traveling for unique weddings. For destination weddings requiring a flight, We require a custom quote. This covers our flights, a rental car, and a hotel stay for a minimum of two nights. We arrive the day before the wedding to scout the location and ensure no travel delays affect your big day. We leave the day after. You book the venue and We handle my own logistics so you don't have to worry about us. We will give you a flat rate for travel expenses so you can write one check and be done.
How do you handle travel fees, destination weddings, and moving between locations?"
Clips come standard with all our packages. Want a traditional wedding film too? We can build that as an add-on after you get your clips. You'll see all the moments first, then decide if a full cinematic edit makes sense for you. Most couples choose to add it.
Do you offer traditional wedding video edits?
A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $500 is collected during the booking process. It secures your date. If you reschedule 90 days prior, we can transfer the deposit to a new available date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each clip needs its own music—not one song for the whole day. You tell us the mood for each moment, and we select licensed tracks from MusicBed or Instagram that work when posted individually. Romantic for the vows. Trending audio for the dancing. Everything sounds right when your friends watch on Social Media.
Can we choose the music?
Yes! Drone footage is included in all packages. We intend to fly on any given wedding day however weather, timeline details and local airspace regulations all play a factor on weather we can fly or not. It adds incredible establishing shots to your venue. There is no additional charge for drone footage.
Do you use drone?
Standard Turnaround Time: You can expect to receive your finished wedding collections within 30 days of your wedding date. We know you are excited to relive the day. We're just as excited to deliver it to you. This timeframe allows us to give your mini films the attention it deserves without cutting corners.

1. The Setup
I will kick things off right from the start. I handle the booking details, secure your date with the retainer, and manage all the initial communication. I make the administrative side completely painless.
2. The Vibe Check Now we get to the good stuff. As we get closer I will schedule a no-strings-attached chinwag—be it face-to-face, over FaceTime, or a phone call. If you're not interested, I can just do the PDF thing as we get closer for any and all details to craft something special for you. We skip the boring logistical questions and go deep to see what makes you tick.
3. The Magic With the paperwork out of the way and the vibe established, we are ready to create something incredible.
